Board Meeting Notice
Winston Park's Board of Directors meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 8:00 pm. All meetings are open to all Winston Park homeowners.
Discount for Yearly Payment of Maintenance Fees
The board has once again passed a yearly discount of $15.00 if you make the 2010 year maintenance payment in full by the January 31st, 2010 deadline. The total amount of the payment for the year would then be $453.00 instead of $468.00.
Legal Documents
As a service to keep Winston Park homeowners informed of all the latest information, below are copies of the the Legal Documents pertaining to Winston Park.
The Clubhouse facilities have changed to the Fall/Winter hours. We will open at 10:00 am, and close at 8:00 pm. The fitness room and tennis courts will open at 8:30 am, and close at 10:00 pm.
Clubhouse ID Pictures
I.D. pictures are taken Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am till 5:00 pm. I.D. cards are given to those 9 years and older. The fee is $1.00. I.D. cards are necessary for free entry into the Clubhouse facility, and to check out recreation equipment.
